DESCRIPTION:Taking responsibility for another person is challenging\, and many caregivers can attest to feeling unprepared\, overwhelmed or stressed. The 19th Annual Caregiver Survival Skills Conference "United in Caregiving: I Am Not Alone\," will bring expert speakers together to equip conference-goers with important skills and resources they can implement immediately. The conference will take place Friday\, June 9 at Community Hall at Church of the Servant from 9 a.m.   2:45 p.m. The Registration & Resource Fair will open at 8:30 a.m. Complimentary breakfast and lunch are provided. Suggested donation to enter is $10\, with checks payable to Mercy Community Outreach. RSVP by June 1 at 405-936-5821 to register - please leave a message with your name and phone number\, and your call will be returned for confirmation. Sponsors for the conference include: Areawide Aging Agency\, Concordia Life Care Community\, Home Instead Senior Care\, Mercy Hospital and Sunbeam Family Services.
